Eduardo Enrique Reina is the newly nominated Ambassador to the United States. Ambassador Reina is a former Vice Minister of Foreign Relations and, since September of 2008, has held the dual position of private secretary to President Manuel Zelaya and Minister of Communication. He was nominated to this post by the constitutional president of Honduras, Manuel Zelaya, in July of 2009.
